1 Definitions and Interpretations

The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:

• "baazi" or "Platform" refers to the baazi.cam website and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on the platform or is using its services.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal registered profile.

Each individual may create and operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts may be cancelled and balances forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

You must provide true, accurate and complete information when registering an account. Registration using false information, a fake identity or another person's name is strictly prohibited. baazi may request necessary documents at any time to verify identity.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing account details with third parties is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use of the account or suspicious activity must be reported to the support team immediately.

baazi always uses SSL encryption and modern security measures to keep your information safe. However, baazi will not be held responsible for any damage resulting from disclosure of information to third parties.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the baazi platform is ৳500 (five hundred taka) — for each payment method. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Transactions in any currency other than Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. This timeframe may change if urgent verification is required.

Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that your account is fully verified. Withdrawals from unverified accounts will remain on hold.

4.3 Use of Payment Methods

Withdrawals will generally be made via the same payment method used for the deposit. The payment method used must be registered in the name of the account holder.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x). This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before becoming eligible to withdraw.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.

6 VIP and Loyalty Program

baazi's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to VIP tiers and cashback calculations are entirely at baazi's discretion. Cashback amounts are automatically added to the account each week.

7 Gaming Services Rules

7.1 Fair Play Policy

baazi is committed to ensuring fair play. All gaming outcomes are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Any form of manipulation, automation software or bot usage is strictly prohibited.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

• Bonus arbitrage or misusing the system.
• Playing or betting using another person's account.
• Using any automated software or hacking tools.
• Money laundering or introducing illegal funds.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform.

7.3 Technical Issues

If a technical error occurs in any game, the result of that round may be cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded. baazi reserves the right to make the final decision in such situations.

8 Account Suspension and Cancellation
